This page explains how HP INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL handles information submitted through the HPIS TIRANGA ID 2026 campaign.

What we collect

Full name, participant type, class/section (for students), optional city and phone number, your patriotic message, and a photograph you take or upload.

How we use it

I agree that my submitted photograph and details may be used for the HPIS Tiranga ID 2026 campaign. Your photograph and details are used only to generate your personalized Tiranga ID card and, if you separately opt in, to display it in our public gallery.

Public gallery

Your Tiranga ID appears in the public gallery only if you explicitly check the gallery consent box. For students, a parent/guardian consent confirmation is required. You or the school admin can remove your entry from the gallery at any time.

Verification page

Each Tiranga ID has a public verification page reachable by scanning its QR code. This page shows your name, participant type, class/section, and message. It never shows your phone number, or any internal database identifiers.

Security

Photographs and details are stored securely. We do not store raw IP addresses — only a one-way cryptographic hash, used solely for abuse prevention (rate limiting).

Your rights

You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting the school's examination/administration office.
